Ækora
Why Ækora exists.
Ækora builds IEVA, the Integrated Executive Virtual Assistant — because the next generation of assistants should be contextual, inspectable, and governed, and most of what’s being built is none of those things.
The origin of IEVA
IEVA wasn’t conceived as a startup pitch. It began as a working personal knowledge-assistant system inside an Obsidian repository: a real pipeline moving information from inbox to projects to output to wiki, persistent memory in human-readable Markdown, version-controlled skills for repeatable work, Git history for provenance, and human approval before significant decisions.
Living inside that system daily proved something specific: when an assistant holds durable context, keeps its memory inspectable, and leaves authority with the human, it changes the quality of work — not just its speed. The question that created Ækora was whether those properties could survive the jump from one person’s vault to an organization’s operating layer. The how-it-works page maps that evolution honestly, mechanism by mechanism.
Amplification over automation
Our foundational principle: AI should improve human judgment and execution without removing human authority. In product terms — enhance judgment rather than conceal it, surface context and options rather than silently deciding, keep humans in control of high-stakes actions, preserve provenance, make memory reviewable, make delegation observable, and make important actions deliberate.
We are deliberately not building an “autonomous enterprise.” The shift worth building is from fragmented work to coordinated judgment.
What the work combines
Building IEVA sits at the intersection of four crafts: product architecture that makes governance load-bearing rather than decorative; AI workflow design, where delegation, memory, and provenance have to compose; enterprise UX, because an operating layer lives or dies by whether a chief of staff can review it at 07:45; and high-stakes decision environments, where defensibility matters more than fluency.
Where we are
IEVA is in private launch — launching 2026. The prototype runs daily; the product direction is being shaped with a small cohort of founders, executives, chiefs of staff, and operators. We publish our thinking as we go on the insights page.
Company registration details, team, and location information will be published here when finalized: [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] · [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER] · [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
