Most executive mornings begin with manual assembly: scanning inboxes, re-reading yesterday's notes, guessing what today's meetings need. The work of preparing to work eats the hours meant for judgment.

Notes accumulate; nothing moves. Without defined stages, information piles up instead of flowing toward outcomes.

The IEVA approach

IEVA's prototype moves information through a real pipeline — inbox to projects to output to wiki — with explicit hubs, statuses, and next actions. The product generalizes this into repeatable executive workflows: morning and weekly briefings, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, decision registers, project and portfolio reviews, research synthesis, communication preparation, and risk and opportunity monitoring.

The point is not more notifications. Each item in the cadence shows what requires attention, why it matters, where the information came from, and what action is available.

1. At 06:00, IEVA assembles the briefing: what changed overnight, decisions due today, meeting preparation, and stalled commitments.
2. Each section cites its sources — the thread, the document, the meeting record.
3. You skim in minutes, open two items in depth, and delegate one follow-up.
4. The briefing pattern itself is editable: what it watches, when it arrives, what it never includes.

What the user sees

• Briefings with sections, sources, and available actions — not a wall of summaries.
• A cadence view: which workflows run, on what schedule, watching which sources.
• Follow-up and commitment tracking with owners and age.

Human control and governance

• Workflows read; they do not act. Anything outbound waits for approval.
